The customer needed a mobile concrete batching plant for a short-term construction project at a remote site, where no permanent foundation could be built and the construction period was limited. A plant that could be quickly transported, easily set up and relocated was required.
We supplied a low-discharge mobile concrete batching plant. The mixing unit is designed at a lower height, and a small pit is excavated at the discharge end for concrete receiving, so trucks or loaders can load concrete directly from the pit level. This structure keeps the whole machine compact with a low center of gravity, which ensures stable towing, convenient shipping and easy site installation.
